Return Policy

We want you to adore your lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we don't currently accept returns. We take pride in the quality of our items, and our aim is to make sure you get products that meet the highest standards.

Exchanges and Defective Products:

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, reach out to our customer service within 3 days of getting your order. We're here to work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Don't forget to include any additional information about defective or incorrect items.

What qualifies for an exchange?

• You receive the wrong size.
• You receive the wrong color.
• You received a damaged or visibly worn-out item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unworn, and unwashed.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• All hygiene seals must be fully intact.

We cannot accept any item that has been opened or tried on, due to strict hygiene standards. The policy ensures that every woman who wears Under Glows receives a garment that is completely fresh, untouched, and safe.
